Offers 4 bedrooms as follows: 1 king 2 queens 1 twin sofa sleeper in living room available Features high end finishes and historic details throughout: heart pine floors, pocket doors, 12 foot ceilings, 7 fireplaces, beautiful windows and moldings, fully equipped kitchen with huge walk-in pantry, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and stainless appliances. Marble and travertine baths with clawfoot tubs and oversized walk-in shower, laundry room and sitting room upstairs, courtyard, secure off-street parking with electronic gate. Rates are as follows: Nightly: $350 for up to 6 people, additional $25/night for additional guests Weekly: $1800 for up to 6 people, additional $100/week for additional guests Monthly: $4500 for up to 6 people St. Patrick's Weekend: $750/night for March 13,14,15 this year.
